2. What information?

Cookies can be used on our website (www.praxis-group.eu): we can collect the name, e-mail address, phone number, information about the device and browser, as well as the IP address, of our website visitors.
The data of the visitors to our website can be linked to Google Analytics, and can be used for commercial or other purposes, such as analysing the surfing behaviour, geographical region, etc.

We only use the information we obtain through the contact form on our website, in case if it’s necessary to inform you about our services and to answer your question to your best interest.

Of the data you share with us when subscribing to our newsletter, only the name and e-mail address will be used for the described purposes.

The data that we collect and store when you become a PRAxIS Group customer are all the necessary data to carry out our core activity as well as possible and to provide you with correct information. This data contain as well the full contact details as the invoicing data. Only in this way we can guarantee the smooth operation of our services.

3. What do we do with that information?

When you ask for assistance by e-mail or telephone, you automatically give us permission to consult your data so that we can help you as well as possible with your question or problem.

All measures have been taken to ensure the security of personal data when sensitive information from our customers must be maintained.
PRAxIS Group guarantees complete Data Protection for you: your personal data will never be sold, rented or distributed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Our application is permanently expanded in function of the security of your data. We will also continue to implement measures to prevent data leakage at any time.
When hackers nevertheless invade, they will never find any legible data.

We store your data for the duration of your contract with PRAxIS Group. After the contract cession, we archive your data on our servers. Personal information, such as e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and identification codes will be deleted and wiped out 1 year after the contract cession. All other information (name, address, customer number and name of the alarm installer) will be wiped out 3 years after the cession of your contract. Keeping track of this latter information is in all cases necessary to enable the analysis of eventual incidents from the past over a longer period of time.

4. Your rights – our duties

When PRAxIS Group manages and processes information about you, you have the following rights:
