PRAxIS GROUP has been, from 2009 on, member of A.C.A. (Alarm Centre Association), the professional association of by the F.P.S. Internal Affairs licensed Alarm Centres (“Control rooms”). In this Association, all the remote monitoring market players are united.

The A.C.A. independently from all other professional associations for security and surveillance, assumes responsibility and assists in initiatives that improve the security of the customer.

The Association of Alarm Centres was established, because the legislation grants even more and more operational responsibilities to alarm centres.

An alarm centre has a specific assignment, a specific responsibility and specific quality requirements towards its personnel and infrastructure. Even though it is legally part of the guarding companies, an alarm centre cannot be equated with a security company or with a guarding company.

Through this Association we want to create transparency within our sector. For example, in common debate with the authorities and with installers and their organization, we want to define the references for a good system and good verification procedures, and thus contribute to a qualitative level of service from our sector.
